Live certification passed for one native Upstash Free database. A seven-day read-only Developer API key was used for GET-only database discovery, metadata, and stats. Monthly commands and current storage passed exact dashboard reconciliation and are factual. Bandwidth and billing usage also matched the dashboard, but remain usage-only because no per-database API limit field was identified. Developer API access excludes Vercel/Fly-created accounts.
