Sync frequency and feature availability depend on the connected provider. If a provider does not expose a value through supported, documented APIs, BeforeRed will show it as unknown instead of guessing.

If your database is one cycle away from stopping writes, you should not have to upgrade to learn that. Critical alerts, basic health, and the closest-limit view are part of Free. Pro adds depth, speed, history, forecasting, scale, simulation, and breadth. The paywall never sits between you and a warning that matters.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No retention conversation, no support ticket required.
Your apps, connections, and snapshots stay put. Free keeps the recent history it keeps (short, currently a few weeks). The rest of your history is paused, not deleted. If you upgrade again, your older snapshots are still there.
Forecasting is in Pro, but it shows up only when we have enough snapshots to be honest about it. That means at least a couple of days of history, ideally a week. Until then, the forecast area reads something like Still learning your app. We do not show a countdown we cannot defend.
BeforeRed only sees what your providers expose to a read-only OAuth or minimum-scope token. We do not see your source code, your environment variables, your database rows, your customer data, or your end users. If a provider API does not expose a value, BeforeRed will show it as unknown rather than guess.
Yes. Annual is $49 a year, which works out to about 32% less than paying $6 a month. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from settings.
Probably, in small ways, over the next year as we add providers and capabilities. We will email existing Pro subscribers before any change that affects them, and we will grandfather current users for at least 12 months. The Free plan is not going to start charging.
No trial in the classic sense. Free is the trial. It includes the critical alerts and closest-limit view that prove the core promise. Pro adds depth, history, forecasts, and simulation, which only make sense once you have a real app on Free for a while.
Card payments via Stripe. We are not running wire transfer or invoicing for Pro at this time. Teams pricing will be announced with V4 and may include annual invoicing for agencies.
