Every limit on this site links to the official provider document or API endpoint it was read from. If a number does not have an official source, the row says so and we do not publish a value.

BeforeRed watches the limits behind small apps. The first thing we owe builders is honesty about what we know. This page is the contract: a limit appears here only when the four conditions below are true.

A number needs a date
Every row carries the date we last verified it against the provider. We re-check on a schedule; if a provider changes the limit and we have not caught it yet, the page reflects what we know.

Every row explains what the metric measures, how the limit resets, and what happens when an app hits it. We translate provider vocabulary into builder vocabulary so the rule is clear.

Unknown is a valid answer
If we cannot verify a limit yet, the row stays unavailable rather than becoming a guess. We never publish a number with more confidence than the source supports.

Update cadence
A limit changes when its provider changes it. We re-verify on a fixed schedule and update the source and date on this page. If you spot a number that has drifted, tell us and we will treat it as a high-priority fix.
