We are testing which usage data can be retrieved reliably for Vercel. Numbers will appear here when the V0 reconciliation harness passes. Until then, we will not show a number we cannot verify.
Documentation feasibility verdict: NEEDS_LIVE_TEST. GET /v1/billing/charges and its integration billing scope are Pro/Enterprise only. The official vercel usage CLI documents JSON usage/cost output but does not prove Hobby support or a third-party remote equivalent. No Hobby billing-period rollup is asserted. See docs/provider-certification/vercel.md.

Read-only scopes. We request the minimum needed to read usage and plan information. You can revoke from the provider app settings at any time.
